Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop – October 2023

Welcome to the October 2023 Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop! This month’s theme is a “Sketch Challenge” and today we are highlighting projects using our “Sketch Challenge” interpretations. Please follow along with us as we share our creations.

For my sketch challenge card, I made mine in landscape mode and used dies to create the columns. My project features the Christmas Classics Bundle and the Joy of Christmas DSP from the 2023 September – December Mini Catalog. My color palette is: Basic Black, Basic White, and Crumb Cake with pops of color from the designer series paper.

Paper:

• 5 1/2 ” x 8 1/2 ” piece of Crumb Cake, scored and folded at 4 1/4″ (card base)
• 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of Basic White cardstock (card front piece)
• 2 1/2” piece of the Joy of Christmas DSP(circle piece)
• Scraps of the More Dazzle Specialty Paper (leaves)
• Basic Black scrap

Instructions:

• Die cut three columns on the Basic White card stock and attach to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Punch circle from the piece of the Joy of Christmas DSP and attach to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Stamp sentiment on the Basic Black cardstock scrap using Versamark and heat emboss is using white embossing powder, then attach using Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Die cut two leaves from the More Dazzle Specialty Paper scraps and adhere to card
• Attach the Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels
