Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2021-2022 Annual Catalog Inspiration Hop! We are so happy you are hopping along with us. The demonstrators participating in this Blog Hop were presenters at our new Stampin’ Up! catalog kickoff event for our team. We wanted to make sure to share these beautiful projects with you all as well. We hope you gain new tips, techniques, and of course tons of inspiration. Once you are done with each post, don’t forget to keep hopping along by clicking on the next name in the list.
For our 2021-2022 Annual Catalog Kickoff event I shared 5 projects featuring the Quiet Meadow Bundle. I also featured several other new products:
- 2021-2023 In Color Cardstock (CS)
- 2021-2023 In Color Designer Series Paper (DSP)
- 2021-2023 In Color Jewels
- Quiet Meadow Cling Stamps
- Meadow Dies
- Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack
- Gray Granite 7/8″ Textured Ribbon
All my projects featured the Quiet Meadow Cling Stamp Set and/or the Meadow Dies. I also used the Tasteful Texture 3D Embossing Folder on projects 1, 3, and 4 and the Rectangle Postage Punch on project 5.
Project #1, In Color Sampler
The purpose of this card was to showcase some of the new 2021-2023 In Color products. It’s kind of a color sampler on the front of the card, with tone on tone cardstock, DSP butterflies, and jewels. The splatter images were stamped with Pale Papaya.
- 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Basic White, Thick CS
- 3 3/4″ x 5″ Basic White CS
- 1 3/4″ x 5″ Basic White CS
- 1″ x 1 3/4″ of Polished Pink, Fresh Freesia, Pale Papaya, Soft Succulent, Evening Evergreen CS

- 5/8″ x 1 3/4″ Basic Black CS

- 2021-2023 In Color Jewels
Project #2, Polished Pink Emboss Resist Ombre
The Quiet Meadow Cling Stamp set has some great stamps that can be used with different techniques. I really wanted to use the emboss resist technique and create an ombre look. I used polished Pink ink for a monochrome look.
- 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Basic White, Thick CS
- 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ Polished Pink DSP
- 3 3/4″ x 5″ Basic White CS
- 5/8″ x 3″ Basic Black CS
- White Twine
- Elegant Faceted Gems
Project #3 & #4, Fern Die Cards
For these projects I wanted to show a quick easy project the uses both a die cut and the negative that was created. I first created an ombre look on a 3″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Basic White CS. Then using the Meadow Dies, I cut a fern shape. The fern was used on one card and the CS with the negative space was used on another.
- 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Crumb Cake CS
- 3 3/4″ x 5″ Evening Evergreen DSP
- 3″ x 4 1/4″ Basic White CS
- 5/8″ x 1 3/4″ Basic Black CS
- Crumb Cake Twine
- 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Crumb Cake CS
- 3 3/4″ x 5″ Basic White CS
- 5/8″ x 1 3/4″ Basic Black CS
- Crumb Cake Twine
Project #5, Negative & Die Cut Layers
For my last project, I wanted to incorporate both die cut pieces and the negative on one card. I cut a couple die pieces from the Basic White CS, then attached it to the So Saffron CS. Various die cut shapes from the So Saffon DSP were then adhered to the front. You could even pop up a die cut piece or two with Stampin’ Dimensionals for another layer.
- 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Basic Gray CS
- 3 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ So Saffron CS
- 3 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ Basic White CS
- 6″ x 6″ So Saffron DSP
- 2″ x 3 1/4″ Basic Gray CS
- Smoky Slate Textured Ribbon
- Artistry Blooms Adhesive-Backed Sequins
