Stampin’ Fancy Friday, September 2021 Challenge
Stampin’ Fancy Friday’s challenge this month is a sketch challenge. I love sketch challenges. And, it was just in time to get my creative juices flowing again. Thank you to @papercraftbyjenniferfrost for the sketch inspiration.
I pulled out my Blackberry Beauty Suite and chose a piece of Blackberry Beauty Designer Series Paper (DSP). Cinnamon Cider is not a color I would normally use, but somehow I was drawn to the pattern and I had an idea in my head. The colors I selected for this card are: Cinnamon Cider, Crushed Curry, Night of Navy, and Basic White.
A first for me with this card is the sewing machine stitching on the piece of DSP. In addition to the basic cardstock, I used the following from the Blackberry Beauty Suite: Beauty of Tomorrow Cling Stamp Set, Beautiful Leaves Dies, and Blackberry Beauty DSP. Elements that I added are white twine, Elegant Faceted Gems, and the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder.
