Paper Pumpkin Alternate Project- September 2020
The September 2020 Paper Pumpkin Hello Pumpkin Kit was created to help us prepare for the autumn season. September’s kit has everything you need to celebrate the season your way! Between a multi-occasion stamp set and enough supplies to design 20 cracker box treat packages, you can create custom fall crafts to celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving, pumpkins, and leaves. Whether you make them all the same or mix ‘n’ match your crafts, there’s something for everyone in this kit! Coordinating colors for this month’s kit are: Bumblebee, Basic Black, Cajun Craze, Cinnamon Cider, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, white
Feeling rather rushed this month, so I put together two really simple and quick cards. For both cards I started with Whisper White Thick Cardstock; a sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 cut in half the long way and the other sheet of Whisper White Thick Cardstock cut in half going the short way. Both scored in half and folded. Using the stamps in this month’s kit, I stamped the pumpkins in Cajun Craze and the leaves in both Old Olive and Tuxedo Black. I used the black Baker’s Twine from the kit to wrap the card front three times, then tied a square knot. On a 1 1/2″ x 2 3/4″ piece of Basic Black Cardstock I stamped my images in Versamark and heat embossed the images using White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. The sentiment is attached with Stampin’ Dimensionals. So simple, yet lot’s of fun!
What’s Paper Pumpkin? Paper Pumpkin is a monthly crafting subscription. The box you receive each month contains all the materials you need to craft with ease, from adhesive to precut paper. All you need to do is follow the crafting instructions and assemble the pieces to create a Stampin’ Up! card or project.
This subscription box also doubles as a STAMP subscription box. Every month, as part of your subscription, you’ll receive a unique, decorative stamp set and at least one ink spot. The stamp sets are ideal for all types of crafting projects. Plus, Paper Pumpkin doesn’t repeat an ink color in a 12-month period, so you’ll quickly collect a variety of reusable stamps and ink spots.
Want to join the fun? You can subscribe to Paper Pumpkin with me at: https://www.paperpumpkin.com/en-us/sign-up/?demoid=2204514. In addition to the subscription, you receive an invite to my Paper Pumpkin Private Facebook group. I use this group to communicate Paper Pumpkin information, ideas, and video tutorials for my Paper Pumpkin alternate projects.
For this month’s alternate projects, below are the additional tools and products I used. Click on the photos to view the product detail information or click the buttons to add items to your shopping cart.
