Luv 2 Stamp Group Insta-hop – August 2025

For My project this month is a card that features a few products from the Spooky Sweet Suite Collection; the Spooky Halloween Photopolymer Stamp Set, the Spooky Sweet 12” x 12” Specialty DSP, and the Shimmer Star Foam Stickers. Other products I used are: Basic Black 12” x 12” Two-Tone Cardstock, Wink of Stella Glitter Brush, Basic Gray Ink, Basic Black Blending Pen, Versamark, Basics WOW! Embossing Powder, and Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack. 

My card front includes a few coloring techniques and lots of texture. For both the card base and the card front mat layers, I faced the Light Basic Black to the outside.  I used Basic Gray to blend color onto the mat layer to create a clouded effect, then I splattered ink it with the Light Basic Black Blending Pen and Wink of Stella.   I also added more texture by separating 2-6” strands of black twine and wrapped them around the card front, adhering them to the back with small pieced of Tear & Tape Adhesive.  The window images were fussy cut from the DSP and the sentiments were stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder (the sentiments were also fussy cut). All images and sentiments were attached to the mat layer using Stampin’ Dimensionals. The black Shimmer Star Foam Stickers were added lastly, before attaching the mat layer to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
