Creation Station – October 2024

Creation Station – October 2024

The Creation Station Design Team is hopping again today! This month we are sharing our projects with an “Into The Night” theme. I’m excited to see the variety of nighttime projects the Creation Station Design Team has created for you today!

There’s nothing more beautiful than a snowy night sky. For today’s project I used the Snowy Wonder Bundle; the Snowy Wonder Stamp Set and the Snowy Wonder Dies. Other products used were Linen Thread and the Rhinestone Basic Jewels. Colors used on this card were Night of Navy, Basic White, Crumb Cake, Garden Green, and Early Espresso.

This night sky is so simple! On my card front, I used a blender brush to add more Night of Navy ink to the edges in order to create a darker sky towards the top edge. Then, I added snow with a water painter and some White Craft Stampin’ Ink. I dipped the water painter into a pool of ink, squeezed a bit of water into the pool of ink, then mixed it. Take the water painter and tap it against a finger over the card front. Repeat until you have a sufficient amount of snow. Let the snow dry completely before adding your other elements to the card and adhering it to the card base.
